The business incubator is part of the DeWitt Community Development Foundation's economic development program and is located in the DeWitt Technology Building, 109 Cooperative Way in Cuero, Texas. It is a not-for-profit incubator. Rental fees are collected to pay for electricity, water and wastewater services, taxes, insurance and maintenance of the building.

4. All business decisions concerning incubator tenant businesses are and shall remain the sole responsibilities of the tenants and their owners.
Process
The applicants submit a written business plan and application to the incubator's screening committee for review. Assistance is available for preparing the necessary business plan.
Upon application acceptance the incubator tenant will:
1. Sign lease agreement
2. Pay first and last months rent
3. Arrange for insurance
4. Arrange for phone, data lines, and phone mail
5. Arrange for office furniture
6. Arrange for move-in activities.
