The DeWitt Technology Center Classroom is primarily used as a site for computer and business training. The classroom can also be utilized for meetings, retreats and conventions.
The classroom is available for rent from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at a base Charge of $25 per hour which includes utilities.
Day Rates: Classroom - $100 for half day, $200 for full day
Classroom with up to 15 laptops - $125 for half day, $225 for full day
Less than half day will be charged on hourly basis
Equipment Fee: $5 per computer, $10 for projector.
Deposit: 50% of fee required to secure date.
Set Up: $20
Clean Up: $30
Rules for Use of Classroom
The DeWitt Technology Center is a smoke free facility.
Please do not use tape, tacks, or staples on walls, doors, windows, ceiling, tables or chairs.
Tape permitted on floor only to secure electrical cords, please remove residue.
Please do not hang items from the ceiling.
Candles must be placed in a secure, spill-proof receptacle.
Tables must be covered for functions that include meals.
Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold or consumed on premises.
Ice chests must remain in the kitchen.
Do not block exits.
Do not block front drive to allow for emergency vehicles if needed.
